We are taking a very small step towards our goal of a NEW EQUAL WORLD. World at present is in great turmoil, divided and moving towards a definite disaster. It is for the people who care about humanity to rise to the occasion.
We know that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, it could be political, military, economic, financial, informational, technological or entrepreneurial power. There is wide scope of misuse of all these powers, which if not controlled at the right time could play havoc with the lives of people in an organization, institution, country or the world. It is the time to put our acts together and build an intellectual power to face the challenges confronting human beings before it is too late. We need a coalition of people at every level to find a way out and for that we should be on the way immediately. It would be an intellectual war for changing the mindset and our greatest weapon would be the weapon of mass mobilization of public opinion as this is the most effective weapon not only against weapons of mass destruction, nuclear or economic, greed or corruption, political expediency or self- interest.

We will be describing the challenges at the macro and micro level, suggesting ways of dealing with them, giving examples of those who have succeeded at different levels, the importance of human resources and its management, and inviting people to express their opinions and give their suggestions. It may be a very small step, but wait we cannot, we must put together our efforts to promote peace, prosperity and eliminate inequity and inequality at all levels. We request you all to join us to make this planet of ours a place every one is proud of , irrespective of to which country, religion or region you may belong.
